Hi everyone,

Our dryland training is underway and going strong.  I am very pleased with the athlete attendance this year.  Physical conditioning will remain a focus this season.  Please remember to dress for the weather.  We experienced some rain last Thursday, yet the athletes were ready for it and we held a productive session.  Athletes should have athletic shoes, gym shorts/pants (no levi's), and WATER.  Please be on time.

In case you missed our annual team picnic, below are my notes for your review.

Have you sent in your paperwork to Colette?
